Caring Connections: Caring Connections provides people with information and support when they are planning ahead, caring for a loved one, living with an illness or grieving a loss.

Hospice Foundation of America: Local resources with links and articles on grief, videos regarding hospice, "Are You Grieving?" link, "Ask an Expert," online grief groups.

Compassionate Friends: Nationwide self-help support group for parents, siblings and grandparents. Offers local support groups, hope, encouragement, understanding and grief-related information. Non-denominational group with no religious or spiritual affiliations. All belief systems welcomed.

The Sibling Connection: For anyone who has lost a brother or sister or adults who grew up with a chronic and fatal disease. Online grief support forum, help for coping with a loss.

Compassion Books: A sources for more that 400 books, videos, and audios to help children and adults through serious illness, death and dying, grief, bereavement, and losses of all kinds including divorce, suicide, trauma, sudden loss, and violence. All resources are reviewed and selected by knowledgeable professionals.

Centering Corporation: Publisher of over 200 books for children and adults. My Friends Emotion Dolls, a Memory Bag for children, DVDs and caring cards, plus over 400 books and resources from other publishers. Informative link with section for children, library and articles, online support groups.

The Dougy Center: The Dougy Center provides support in a safe place where children, teens, young adults, and their families grieving a death can share their experiences.

Center for Loss & Life Transitions: Helping mourners by serving as an educational resource and professional forum.

Sesame Workshop- When Families Grieve: Personal stories about coping with the death of a parent, as well as strategies that have helped these families move forward.

Shiva Connect: Providing information, assistance and comfort to Jewish mourners, family and friends.

Roberta's House Family Grief Support Center: Roberta's House is a safe place where children, teens and adults discover that they are not alone in their grief and engage in mutual help. Children with their families share their feelings, memories and experiences in an atmosphere of acceptance with the love and support of professional and trained volunteers.

American Association of Suicidology: is a membership organization for all those involved in suicide prevention, intervention, or touched by suicide.

Suicide Aftercare Association: is 501(c)3 public charity whose purpose is to offer postvention services to families during the critical 24-hour period following a suicide attempt or completion.
