The Office of Health Care Quality is available to answer questions related to the agency's Medicare and/or licensure status, or receive complaints. This service is in operation 24 hours and day, 7 days a week. Normal working hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (after 4:30 p.m., calls are taken by an answering machine).
